“ My server Maddie was amazing. She was very nice and cordial. She recommended a couple items that I actually ordered and they were outstanding. Maddie was very attentive to making sure my experience at Torchy’s was the best. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was clean and bright. It was a welcome experience to be treated so well and enjoy a late lunch that exceeded my expectations. Big shout out again to Maddie for being an perfect host, she made my day perfect. ”

“ Flew in with some friends in a small plane to Colorado Springs to pick up his son from the AF academy for THX, and hit Torchy's on the way. He has eaten at Torchy's a few times and said this one was good today, but is generally the worst one in the area. In reading prior reviews, it seems like there may be some inconsistencies between visits that result in poor ratings. My review is based on my visit, and I give it 4.5 stars. Everything was stupendous, except for the customer service at the end, which is why I deducted half star. Everything about the restaurant was pretty neat. The exterior was clean and stylish. The interior was well designed, and followed the theme of the business. I ordered the trailer park and the bushfire. I can't remember what's it's called, but you can get it smothered with a queso for a little more . I forgot to ask for it, and the waitress brought me out a bowl, so you can see before and after pics of my food. I thought the food was outstanding. The trailer park chicken was very tender and juicy, and the flavors were on point. I think the bushfire was also very good, but the flavors of the trailer park really did it for me. The hot sauce for the bushfire hit all the marks hot sauce should hit. Has just a little bit to make the nose start to run, just enough to feel it in your mouth but not burn, and just a little bit of gut burn to let you know it's there, but not make you sick. I have a friend at home who we share hot sauces with because we both like it spicy. When I asked for a to-go cup after we were finished, she disappeared and never came back. We waited for 10-15 min, and she never resurfaced. We snagged someone else and got a couple cups pretty quick. The specialty juice/drinks were also low, or out. Considering we got there before the lunch rush, the drinks should have been full. All in all, a solid 4.5 stars for this experience. They should put one in Utah. ”

“ My first time! Food was excellent. They take your order at counter, give you a buzzer, then bring your food to you at your table. They have a bar you can sit at if you like. Great atmosphere, we were in pretty early on a Friday night, I bet this place gets good business. Just enough spice for me. “ Sat at the bar and was promptly attended to by the bartender, Maddie. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Maddie checked on me frequently to make sure I was enjoying my food and had everything I needed while also serving other bar patrons, taking drink orders, and tending to to-go orders. Ordered a fried avocado taco and a chicken fajita taco. Food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Tacos were fresh, generously portioned, and delicious. Overall great experience. Will always make it a priority to visit this location whenever I’m in the area. ”
